Job summary

New Hudson Facades is seeking an Assembly Line Technician (1st and 2nd shifts) in Upper Chichester, PA. You will assemble curtain wall units, install insulation, and glaze using pneumatic equipment on an 8‑hour shift. You must read assembly drawings, operate manual and pneumatic tools, and maintain a safe work area.

Responsibilities include verifying components against drawings, measuring final dimensions, and adapting to different line positions.HS diploma preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Read assembly drawings and blueprints.
• Perform repetitive lifting and stand for 8 hours.
• Adapt to different line positions and learn line equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manual, electrically powered, and pneumatic hand tools to assemble curtain wall units.
• Verify assembly components by referencing assembly drawings.
• Assemble curtain wall units under line supervision and report deviations from drawings.
• Verify final assembly dimensions by measuring with a tape measure against drawings.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety procedures; report accidents immediately.
• Daily clean-up of assigned work area and return tools to storage at end of shift.
• Other tasks as specified by supervisors and managers
