Job summary

CERIS, a division of CorVel, seeks a Training Specialist to elevate knowledge and presentation skills across the Operations department. You will design programs, train department trainers, and oversee onboarding and ongoing training, including classroom, virtual, and field sessions.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in HR, education/training or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a trainer in classroom and remote online environments.
• Experience with management and administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience in creating training materials and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with management and schedule sessions.
• Develop curricula for orientation and on-the-job training.
• Collaborate to create training materials and documentation.
• Create and maintain a train-the-trainer program across departments.
• Conduct surveys to assess program effectiveness.
• Oversee onboarding training for new employees.
• Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, workflows, and reference guides.
