Job summary

CERIS, a division of CorVel Corporation, is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive enhancements to existing products and develop new ones, coordinating with Account Management, IT, and Operations to implement client programs and hand off to field teams for ongoing service.

This remote role requires strong organization, communication, and leadership, plus insurance industry experience and a bachelor’s degree. Travel may be required. Salary range provided with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of insurance-related experience in claims management, managed care, or supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Training within the insurance industry or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and manages implementation plans from prospect to conclusion.
• Coordinates setup of customers across CorVel systems.
• Facilitates regular internal meetings with stakeholders.
• Proactively communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Resolves issues with client and stakeholders as needed.
• Transitions program to permanent account management.
