Job summary

State of Connecticut's Department of Developmental Services is seeking a Curriculum Manager in Wallingford, CT. The role oversees development and execution of training programs for DDS and private providers, guiding curriculum design, staff development, and contract oversight to meet HCBS, DPH and CMS requirements.

You will lead a team, conduct needs analyses, manage LMS and training software, prepare reports, and travel across CT as needed.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of professional employment in in-service training, human resource development or adult education.
One (1) year of the General Experience must have directed in-service training or staff development.
College hours may substitute for experience; a Master’s degree may substitute for one additional year.

Responsibilities

Directs staff and operations of training and staff development programs.
Develops, reviews and evaluates curriculum and training courses.
Prepares, reviews and monitors contracts for training services.
Produces statistical evaluation summaries, feasibility study reports and program projections.
Participates in recruitment and provides consultation to administrators and staff.
