Becker Professional Education, part of Colibri Group, seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Curriculum Solutions to convert client needs into practical CPA/CPE curriculum. You will partner with B2B customers to design on-demand and live training, adapt existing content, and ensure alignment with our standards while growing the team.

The role requires a CPA license, strong communication, and proven leadership to manage multiple projects across Curriculum, Product, and Sales.

Formación

Active CPA license.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
7+ years of professional accounting experience.
Experience leading client-facing conversations and turning needs into recommendations.
Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

Develop curriculum for new offerings with objectives, structure, content, and assessments.
Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to refine content.
Lead customer discovery and sales support through meetings and pilots.
Ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with standards.
Maintain consistent quality across Becker-developed and client-adapted content.
