The Vanguard School and Services is seeking a Program Resource Coordinator to support curriculum management, testing, and educational resources at The Vanguard School in Malvern, PA. The role involves coordinating curriculum materials, assisting with ESY programming, and maintaining documentation and communication across the school team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and at least three years of educational administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of three years' administrative experience in an educational setting.
• High level of competency with online research and computer applications.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to respond to curriculum, resources, and materials.
• Knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.
• Ability to engage intellectually and physically in all work components.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with administrators, colleagues, clients/students, parents, volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Education, assist in curriculum management and ensure curricula are ordered, received, distributed, and returned per protocols.
• Support teacher and student access to curriculum materials and assist with standardized testing sessions as needed.
• Coordinate ESY program summer camp and respite weekends.
• Barcode, organize and catalog curriculum, materials, and resources for ESY and related programs.
• Research, order, and inventory curriculum resources for ESY and annual themes.
