Job summary

The Vanguard School & Services in Malvern, PA is seeking a Program Resource Coordinator to support curriculum management, order and distribute materials, and assist with testing sessions and summer camps. You will work under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Education and collaborate with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, or 5 years' experience in a special education classroom.
• At least three years' administrative experience in an educational setting.
• High level of competency with online research and proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Under the Assistant Director of Education, assist in curriculum management and ensure curricula are ordered, received, distributed, and returned.
• Support teacher and student access to curriculum materials and assist with testing sessions and assessments.
• Coordinate ESY (Extended School Year), summer camp and respite weekends.
• Maintain cataloging systems for curriculum resources and assist with data entry for staff to access campus-wide resources.
• Schedule and coordinate classroom testing, webinars, and professional development activities.
