Job summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist I to perform proofreading, editorial, and compliance checks for NAVEDTRA 142 curriculum revisions. You’ll lead in ensuring instructional consistency and readiness for the NTP Phase IV pilot, reporting to QAS II in a high-stakes government-training context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Less than 3 years of relevant experience in evaluation of instructional products or technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Editorial Review: proofreading and formatting checks for NAVEDTRA 142 compliance.
• Compliance Verification: ensure Section 508 accessibility for TRANET VDI delivery.
• Comment Tracking: document pilot comments and QA findings; ensure corrections.
• Data Integrity: verify alignment between learning objectives and test items across rating portfolios.
