Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) seeks a Curriculum Manager in the Department of COM Medical Education to lead planning, implementation, and assessment of the College’s curriculum in a collaborative academic environment. The role focuses on supervising the curriculum team, ensuring curriculum operations run smoothly, and driving continuous quality improvement in curriculum delivery.

A strong background in medical education and teaching is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, allied health, or related field, or the equivalent in education and experience.
• Five years of experience in medical education, higher education or health-related field.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience with curriculum and teaching.

Responsabilités

• Manage the planning, implementation, review and assessment for components of the College curriculum.
• Supervise a curriculum team and oversee curriculum operations and course scheduling.
• Drive continuous quality improvement across curriculum delivery and policies.
• Support course directors and collaborate on curriculum materials and evaluation.
• Attend curriculum committee meetings and coordinate with clinical sites.
