Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks a Training Systems Specialist to support SCSTC in Dahlgren, VA, providing SME-level training guidance on Navy curriculum development and conversion processes using AIM I/II, CPM/LOM, and LEAD tools.

You will track conversion progress, prepare monthly status reports for senior leadership, and handle LMS user management for AIM I/II, CPM, LEAD, and the Training Scheduling System. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years' hands-on experience with Military Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge and experience with the PADDIE+M model for Navy training and education programs.
• Experience creating SCORM packages to move and track courses between Learning Management Systems.
• Experience reviewing Navy Training System Plans and related documents.
• Knowledge of BCA, FEA, JDTA in curriculum development; assess impact on system readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level training support to SCSTC Learning Standards on curriculum development processes.
• Track curriculum conversions from AIM I/II to LEAD; coordinate with Rating Leads and SMEs.
• Manage database access for AIM I/II, CPM, LEAD, and TSS; generate monthly status reports.
