Job summary

Detroit Public Schools Community District is seeking a Curriculum Leader for College and Career-Connected Learning Curriculum. The role will lead curriculum development, implement instructional practices, and provide professional learning and coaching across high school programs including Ninth-Grade Success, WIN, Advisory, and Dual Enrollment Lab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education-related field.
• Experience in teacher development, professional learning, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design and continuous improvement for district initiatives.
• Develop and facilitate district-wide professional learning and coaching cycles.
• Support school teams in analyzing student performance data to inform instruction and interventions.
• Coordinate Ninth-Grade Success and WIN academic support models across sites.
• Guide implementation of Seminar, Advisory, and Dual Enrollment Lab curricula with focus on essential skills.
