Job summary

Washington State University seeks a Curriculum Specialist-Year 4 for the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine to lead the MD Year 4 curriculum operations across multiple regional campuses.

You will manage planning, implementation, and assessment for 100+ clinical rotation courses, coordinating with faculty, course directors, and academic leadership. You will ensure adherence to accreditation standards, FERPA and HIPAA, drive QA initiatives, provide faculty training, and optimize curriculum

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, Education or related field and two years of experience.
• Experience with records or data management systems (LMS, EHR, HRIS/CRM).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Year 4 curriculum operations across regional campuses.
• Plan and implement Year 4 curriculum, scheduling and coordination.
• Support assessment, grading processes and accreditation compliance (FERPA, HIPAA).
• Drive continuous quality improvement and faculty training.
• Coordinate curriculum development with faculty, course directors and leadership.
