Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond seeks a Curricular Operations Specialist to oversee diverse curricular functions within the Office of Medical Education, promoting continuous quality improvement across the curriculum.

You will manage committee operations, support curricular review cycles, and collaborate on data-driven evaluation using REDCap, LCME accreditation, and policy review processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curricular review and evaluation management processes.
• Lead committee meetings and coordinate scheduling.
• Support data-driven evaluation using REDCap.
• Assist LCME accreditation-related initiatives and policy reviews.
• Collaborate with course and clerkship directors to support curriculum development.
