Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of classroom teaching experience required.
• Knowledgeable about instructional curriculum strategies and practices.
• Experience with bilingual, Title I programs and federal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing State Bilingual, Title I Regular, Title I Migrant and special funded programs.
• Provide technical assistance and program direction for core curriculum and supplemental programs.
• Review and compile federal monthly reports and PEIMS reports.
• Maintain clear communication between campus principal and teachers.
• Facilitate observations, conferences, and model/demonstration teaching to support teachers and students.
• Identify curricular problems and inform the campus principal.
• Advise teachers on instructional strategies and adapt teaching methods.
• Utilize current assessment data to improve classroom instruction.
• Provide timely oral and written communication with staff, parents, and the community.
• Supervise staff as assigned.
• Attend required test administration training and conduct training for test admins.
• Plan for improvement based on student test results.
• Adhere to safety and district policies.
