Job summary

The University of Minnesota is hiring a Project Manager to support the Spectrum of Care curricular initiative within the DVM curriculum. You will coordinate timelines, communications, and progress toward key objectives, reporting to the Assistant Dean of Pre-Clinical Sciences.

Hybrid work with campus presence 3-4 days weekly; requires collaboration with CVM faculty, staff, and hospital leadership. Prior project management in higher education or healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or 6 years combined education/experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Strong organizational, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for SOC curricular implementation across pre-clinical and clinical DVM curriculum.
• Coordinate faculty workgroups, planning meetings and implementation activities.
• Organize and distribute teaching materials, schedules and guides for SOC curriculum.
• Support CATC rollout and coordination of logistics, timelines and communication.
• Act as liaison between academic and clinical teams to ensure consistent implementation.
