Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; associate degree with additional training can substitute.
• 2+ years' experience in curriculum development and facilitating training for adult learners.
• Ability to create innovative training materials and administer training effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with LMS systems and instructional design practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, evaluate, and coordinate developmental training programs for employees.
• Support curriculum development projects from inception to release and maintain content after launch.
• Create training content for delivery across platforms and convert content to e-learning modules.
• Assign training, maintain records, and produce reports; monitor and improve processes.
• Lecture or facilitate sessions for adult learners; coordinate schedules and travel as needed.
