The Learning Experience Corp - Jenks, OK is seeking a Curriculum Director to lead instructional quality and center operations. You will partner with the Center Director to ensure happy, safe, and high-performing classrooms that meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will guide educators, manage staffing, and drive enrollment while maintaining operational excellence and adherence to the curriculum.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 2+ years in center leadership with curriculum and people leadership.
• Must hold state Administrative or Director credential.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules.
• Background screening, health and safety training required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a fully staffed center with well-trained teachers.
• Lead staff development meetings and coaching.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and curriculum.
• Drive enrollment and family engagement strategies.
• Monitor budgets and contribute to EBITDA goals.
• Oversee health, safety, and licensing compliance.
• Conduct monthly classroom observations and parent conferences.
• Replenish center materials in line with budget.
