Job summary

The Learning Experience in Milford, CT is hiring a Curriculum Director to build and lead a brand-new educational program from opening day. This hands-on role focuses on curriculum quality, teacher development, and strong relationships with children and families.

You'll work with the Center Director to recruit and coach a high-performing team, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with TLE on standards. This is an opportunity to shape early childhood education and make a lasting community

Qualifications

2+ years in early childhood education or a leadership role.
Previous Curriculum Director or related leadership experience.
Experience with curriculum implementation, coaching, observations, or professional development.
Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Curriculum & Educational Quality: Champion LEAP Curriculum and ensure high-quality implementation across classrooms.
Support Your Team & Families: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing teaching team; build strong relationships with families.
Support Center Operations: Assist Center Director with staffing, scheduling, and daily center operations; ensure licensing compliance.
