Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and classroom settings.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to meet state licensing guidelines.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English fluency for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and enrollment goals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
• Serve in various roles as needed, including teacher or driver.
