Job summary

Bear Mountain Services, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, seeks a Curriculum Developer I / Instructional Developer I to support Navy curriculum revision efforts under the CTC program. You will assist with lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials, formatting outputs per templates and templates, and applying edits per government feedback.

You will also support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control, while performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Zero to three years of Navy curriculum development experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen; able to obtain security clearance.

Essential Functions

• Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
• Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
• Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
• Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
• Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.

Work Environment

This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.

Physical Demands

The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected

Experience

Zero to three years of Navy curriculum development experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
