Job summary

FirstDay Foundation in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Curriculum Designer/Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive e-learning curricula for our programs. You will work with SMEs, develop materials, and ensure alignment with grants and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in education or related field, strong experience in instructional design, and proficiency with Storyline, Rise 360, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Curriculum Development, or a related field required.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring and development tools listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design comprehensive instructional materials, user guides, trainer facilitation guides, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Online courses, modules, and learning materials must align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create structured, learner-centered content and activities.
• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences by incorporating multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, and interactive activities.
• Implement and maintain standards for online course development and delivery, and conduct QA of online courses.
• Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and easily accessible by partnering with LMS administrators.
• Maintain version control and content organization systems.
