Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Georgia is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator who will lead the educational program, coach teachers, and ensure engaging, compliant learning environments. You will oversee curriculum fidelity across ages, support onboarding, and partner with the leadership team to uphold Bright from the Start standards and Quality Rated initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or curriculum experience in early childhood.
• Strong knowledge of Bright from the Start licensing regulations.
• Experience with Quality Rated standards and classroom assessments.
• Outstanding coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
• Passionate about helping teachers grow and children succeed.
