Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Georgia is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator who will lead the educational program, coach teachers, and ensure engaging, compliant learning environments. This hands-on leadership role blends classroom presence with mentorship to drive instructional excellence.

You will oversee curriculum fidelity across ages, support onboarding, and partner with the leadership team to uphold Bright from the Start standards and Quality Rated initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or curriculum experience in early childhood.
• Strong knowledge of Bright from the Start licensing regulations.
• Experience with Quality Rated standards and classroom assessments.
• Outstanding coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and takes initiative.
• Passionate about helping teachers grow and children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support teachers to strengthen instructional practices.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback and professional development.
• Ensure curriculum is implemented with fidelity across all age groups.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Maintain compliance with Bright from the Start licensing standards.
• Support and guide the school's Quality Rated initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor classroom environments, lesson plans, and child assessments.
• Assist with onboarding and training new teachers.
