The Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) is hiring a Curriculum Developer/Trainer to lead learning product development projects and deliver virtual and in-person sessions. You will apply adult learning principles to design engaging eLearnings and instructor-led trainings for highly technical procedures, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

Competenze

Master’s degree with 3 years or bachelor’s with 5 years in adult learning, postsecondary or professional development.
Three (3) years of full-time work in curriculum development (needs analysis, storyboarding, scripting, assessments, evaluation).
Two (2) years of experience facilitating professional learning or higher education.
Two (2) years of Articulate Storyline 360/Rise or similar eLearning experience.

Mansioni

Design, develop, maintain learning programs and products (eLearnings, microlearnings, ILTs).
Apply adult learning principles to design and deploy training for highly technical procedures.
Lead project deliverables and coordinate with facilitators, developers, and program management.
Create facilitator and participant guides, curricula, and learning resources.
