Job summary

The Research Foundation of the City University of New York is seeking a Curriculum Developer/Trainer to lead learning product development projects and deliver virtual and in-person trainings for DHS-related programs.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Learning and Development, you will design curricula, facilitate sessions, and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning resources. A strong background in eLearning tools and adult education is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 3 years of adult learning, postsecondary or professional development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience in curriculum development or training.
• Two years of facilitation experience in professional learning or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain learning programs and products (eLearnings, microlearnings, ILT).
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging training for technical procedures.
• Lead project deliverables within defined timelines and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and course materials using Articulate tools.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure learning products meet standards.
• Provide onboarding, delivery, and post-session reporting for programs.
