Job summary

RFCUNY’s CUNY School of Professional Studies seeks a Curriculum Developer/Trainer to design, develop, and maintain learning programs for DHS-related training projects. You will apply adult learning principles to create engaging eLearning and in-person sessions, coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

You will lead the development lifecycle, leveraging tools such as Articulate, Vyond, and Adobe Express, while ensuring quality and timely delivery in a dynamic, mixed-learning

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain online learning programs and resources.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging eLearning for technical procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearnings, microlearnings, and ILTs (virtual/in-person).
• Use Articulate, Vyond, Adobe Express to create engaging digital content.
• Lead project deliverables and ensure QA meets quality standards.
