Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Learning Standards Officer Liaison at Stennis Space Center, MS to act as a training SME for SBTC curriculum; responsible for developing and reviewing curriculum, instruction and training materials. The role requires extensive curriculum design, coordination, and field validation with a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

Eight (8) years’ experience in Curriculum Development with no Degree, or six (6) years' experience in Curriculum Development with a degree in Education, Engineering, or Instructional Development.
Six (6) years’ experience in a technical environment related to curriculum, writing, and updating materials.
Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in development, implementation, and adaptation of SBTC curriculum and training materials.
Design and manage complete training courses and course units, advising on new or revised content.
Coordinate with government representatives, conduct field visits, and validate course scope and emphasis.
