Job summary

Eurofins Viracor LLC is seeking a Marketing Systems Lead & Cell Therapy Product Manager to own the marketing systems, website governance, and CRM, while leading product strategy for Viracor’s cell therapy diagnostic portfolio. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable growth, lead generation, and commercial enablement across the patient journey.

The role focuses on D365, CMS governance, SEO, and content strategy, with a strong emphasis on CRO and AI‑driven optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing website content or marketing technology platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
• Understanding of digital customer journey, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization principles.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing systems, website governance, and digital enablement for scalable growth.
• Manage lead flow within Dynamics 365 and optimize conversion points.
• Develop and optimize website content for SEO and AI-powered search environments.
• Analyze website performance and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates and campaigns.
• Support the launch of new business units with scalable digital experiences.
• Partner to optimize website and marketing system infrastructure for new products.
• Adopt emerging technologies to improve performance and UX.
• Provide content production support using Adobe Creative Suite.
