Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, creating a smooth pickup experience from start to finish. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-first attitude with strong communication.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred; able to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide curbside pickup service with accurate order fulfillment.
• Greet customers courteously in person and by phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve concerns quickly by partnering with leadership.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders.
• Select items, scan/verify, and bag items according to standards.
• Store and stage orders following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
