Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk in Indiana to turn online orders into quick, accurate curbside pickups. You’ll help drive customer loyalty by ensuring a smooth start-to-finish pickup experience and welcoming service at the carside area.

You’ll greet customers, verify items, bag orders, and maintain a clean curbside while following food safety and store procedures. Training is provided; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Retail or cashier experience preferred.
• Able to lift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide curbside pickup service with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a courteous attitude.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members across the store.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Fulfill orders and manage bagging and staging.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
