Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Digital Clerk to turn online orders into quick, accurate curbside pickups. You will greet customers, verify items, and ensure a smooth, friendly pickup experience from start to finish.

You’ll learn new technologies quickly, provide excellent service, and maintain strong teamwork while handling orders and maintaining accuracy throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
