Meijer Inc. is looking for a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth pickup experience for customers. The role involves friendly greetings, efficient order handling, and collaboration with store teams.

Responsibilities include selecting and verifying products, bagging to standards, payment collection, and maintaining a clean curbside area. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer Pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers courteously in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Receive daily workflow from a dashboard and fulfill orders during shifts.
• Select, scan/verify items, and bag according to bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
