Job summary

Meijer Inc. is looking for a Digital Clerk to fulfill customers’ online curbside orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth pickup experience from start to finish.

You will greet customers warmly, assist with questions, and work with store teams to maintain high service standards. Training will be provided to help you learn new technologies and processes, with emphasis on reliability and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, store leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by collaborating with leadership when needed.
• Process daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift; scan/verify items.
