Job summary

Meijer is seeking a curbside order fulfillment team member. You will drive excellent customer service at the curbside pickup, efficiently processing orders, taking payment, and maintaining a positive interaction with shoppers.

You should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in a Meijer store, cashier experience preferred, and strong communication. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid parental leave, and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of Meijer store experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• General awareness of food safety regulations.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Process driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Respond to customer questions and needs in person and by phone, with courtesy.
• Resolve complaints quickly by involving leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill orders for the day.
• Bag products following standards and ensure proper staging.
• Ensure a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
