Meijer is seeking a curbside order fulfillment associate to fulfill online orders with fast, friendly, and accurate service. You will greet customers, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe curbside area.

Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in a Meijer store, cashier experience, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. This role supports weekly pay and development opportunities within a family-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• General awareness of food safety regulations.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Process driven and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Present courteous attitude towards customers in person and on the phone.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly by contacting leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill orders for the day.
• Bag products appropriately following bagging standards and learn store selection processes.
• Store products correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines.
• Greet customers and take payments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
