Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and work with store systems.
• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates.
• Resolve customer concerns by working with leadership when needed.
• Process orders, bag items, and manage payment collection.
