Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, delivering a friendly pickup experience from start to finish.

You will greet customers, ensure correct items, collect payment, and maintain a clean curbside area while following safety standards. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer Pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone; respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow via dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
