Meijer, a family retailer with a strong community focus, is seeking a Digital Clerk to turn online orders into easy curbside pickups. You’ll help drive a smooth, friendly experience from start to finish, fulfilling orders accurately and engaging with customers with a courteous mindset.

You’ll greet customers, collaborate with store teams, and resolve issues quickly while following procedures to ensure efficient, safe bagging and staging of orders.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, store staff and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
