Job summary

Stoltzfus Meats, Inc. is looking for a Curbside Supervisor to manage curbside ordering and pickup at the New Castle Farmers Market. You will coordinate order picking, staging, and pickup timing to ensure accurate, on-time orders.

You will train and lead the curbside team, work with all stands, and communicate with customers about orders, substitutions, and availability. A strong customer service mindset and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred.
• Willingness to learn products, processes, and operations of all market stands.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily curbside order fulfillment and customer pickup operations.
• Coordinate order picking, staging, organization, and pickup timing.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately, completely, and on schedule.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately.
• Train, schedule, and provide day-to-day direction to curbside team members.
• Communicate with customers regarding order updates and substitutions.
• Collaborate with managers and market stands to ensure product availability and order accuracy.
• Monitor order volume and adjust workflow or staffing as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized curbside areas and respond to concerns professionally.
• Communicate shortages or substitutions to management and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with other market operations when needed.
