Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders and provide a seamless pickup experience for customers. You will help drive loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and courteous service at the Meijer pickup area.

Ideal candidates have a strong service mindset, effective communication, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus, with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures efficiently.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude in person and on the phone.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders during the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using standards.
