Meijer Inc. is seeking a team-focused leader to oversee store operations, encourage exceptional customer service, and coach staff. You will participate in daily task assignment, scheduling, and training to meet sales goals while maintaining food safety and product standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work across departments, and a commitment to an inclusive culture. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Indiana store.
