Meijer is hiring a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, creating a smooth pickup experience from start to finish. You’ll help drive customer loyalty by delivering friendly, courteous service at the curbside pickup area.

No advanced tech skills are required—you’ll be trained. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, the ability to lift and stand for extended periods, and a commitment to safety and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-first approach.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous curbside service at the pickup area.
• Greet customers and respond to questions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and team.
• Resolve concerns with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
