Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, ensuring fast, accurate pickup for customers. You’ll greet customers, verify items, and hand off orders with a friendly, professional curbside experience.

We value a service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technology. Must have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience; prior cashier/retail experience is a plus. Meijer offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.

Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers with a courteous attitude and respond to questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership as needed.
Receive daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items using bagging standards.
