Job summary

Walbec Group is looking for a Curb Machine Operator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves operating heavy construction equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in the operation of the Curb Machine and other machinery.

The ideal candidate will have strong punctuality and dependability. A Class A CDL is preferred, and candidates should expect varied hours, including nights and weekends. Union membership support is available during the hiring process.

This equipment may include, but is not limited to skid steers, backhoes, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other pieces of equipment.**Requirements:*** Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.* A Class A CDL is desired but not necessary prior to hire.* High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.* Punctual and dependable.* Experience operating equipment, and the ability to safely and efficiently operate a Curb Machine desired.* Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.* Be able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.* When not operating equipment, be willing to labor as needed.* Member of a Local Operators Union, or willingness to become a union member are required. Union membership is not required prior to employment.
