Job Overview

Responsibilities

Operate a curb machine and various equipment safely and efficiently (skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other machines). Ensure smooth operations, comply with safety standards, and assist with labor tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record; Class A CDL desired but not required. Company will provide training and pay for CDL acquisition.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Experience operating construction equipment and ability to safely and efficiently operate a curb machine.
• Willingness to travel between job sites throughout Southeast Wisconsin and West Madison.
• Capacity to work in variable weather, dirty, dusty environments, and to perform general labor when not operating equipment.
• Member of a local operators union or willingness to join.
