The Bainbridge Companies seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal across community spaces. You will remove trash, sweep sidewalks, perform basic gardening, and help with cleaning of windows and common furniture, reporting issues to supervisors.

Strong reading and writing in English, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate cleaning tools are required. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with overtime opportunities and a focus on resident service.

• No specific level of education is required.
• Ability to fluently read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
• A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required; own vehicle needed to fulfill all functions.

Mansioni

• Work with service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times.
• Maintain all public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat, attractive condition; remove trash and litter, sweep sidewalks and pathways, basic gardening and weeding, wipe down and clean windows and common furniture.
• Report physical safety hazards in the community to the supervisor.
• Participate in company training classes and meetings as required.
• Maintain superior customer service relationships with residents, co-workers, vendors and the community.
• Adhere to the company’s safety program and policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
