TRG Management is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curbside appeal across our apartment communities. The role supports the maintenance team, ensuring common areas and exteriors are safe, presentable, and well-kept.

Responsibilities include cleaning, debris removal, trash disposal, and assisting with inspections. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Competenze

• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Ability to lift/move cleaning supplies and equipment.

Mansioni

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, hallways, and grounds.
• Pressure clean exterior areas as scheduled.
• Assist with painting and curb appeal maintenance.
• Clean trash rooms and dispose waste daily.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Prepare units for new tenants and complete work orders.
