Job summary

RAM Windows & Doors, Houston, seeks a Curated Line Sales Support Coordinator to assist the Product Manager with daily admin tasks and creating estimates for Texas-based builders. The role emphasizes customer service, window and door quoting from plans, and timely sales order processing.

The ideal candidate has customer service or sales experience, understands residential construction, and can read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of customer service, installation, or related experience
• Experience in residential construction/building materials is ideal

Responsibilities

• Assist Curated Line Product Manager with daily administrative tasks
• Prepare estimates for Curated (Production) Builders across Texas
• Process sales orders in a timely manner
• Handle inbound sales and service calls with professionalism
• Schedule installations and service tickets with internal teams
• Develop detailed residential window and door take-offs from builder plans
• Estimate and bid projects using electronic take-off methods and templates
