Job summary

RAM Windows & Doors in Houston is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator for the Curated Line to work with the Product Manager. You will help with daily admin tasks and prepare estimates for production builders across Texas. Prior customer service or sales exposure and ability to read blueprints are a plus.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with hands-on use of MS Office and estimating software. On-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Experience reading residential construction plans is helpful.
• Knowledge of windows/doors estimation from plans preferred.
• Proficiency with Paradigm Quoting Software; BuildPro/SupplyPro a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Curated Line Manager with daily administrative tasks and estimates.
• Process sales orders timely and accurately.
• Handle inbound calls from builders with professional notes.
• Schedule installations and service tickets.
• Research customers to ensure effective communication.
• Prepare estimates and take-offs from builder plans.
• Maintain updated information across departments.
• Prepare professional emails and correspondence.
