RAM Windows & Doors seeks a Curated Line Sales Support Coordinator to assist the Product Manager with estimates and admin tasks. You will play a key role in quoting windows and doors for Texas builders using blueprints and plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, installation, or related experience.
• Residential construction/building materials industry experience is ideal.
• Experience reading blueprints and quoting windows/doors from plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Curated Line Product Manager with daily admin tasks and estimates.
• Oversee timely processing of sales orders and inbound calls.
• Schedule installation and service tickets with internal teams.
• Generate take-offs and prepare detailed residential window/door estimates.
• Maintain accurate data across departments and improve procedures.
• Communicate professionally via emails, letters, and reports.
• Support cross-team collaboration and customer follow-up.
